Our Films

The films screened include both recent and non-current release films from a variety of nations. Film nights generally include an English language and Foreign language subtitled feature length film. The film program mixes of a variety of genres and occasionally includes documentaries and short films. A list of the films that have been screened in the last year or two by the Society appears on this website and you can also download "Two Decades of Film" published in 2009,  a chronicle of the Society's film programs since 1989. Films are selected during the months leading up to the following film night. A notice advising of the films to be screened is sent out to subscribers and posted on the website at least two to three weeks prior to the event.
